  • Tidal peptides are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not sold for human or veterinary use, are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic purpose, and may not be relabeled or repackaged for clinical use.

  • Each certificate lists the compound, lot number, test date, methods (HPLC, LC-MS), purity percentage, and mass-match versus theoretical molecular weight. The HPLC trace shows the retention peak — a single sharp peak indicates a clean trace. We publish the COA before the product ships, so you can verify before purchase.

  • Every variant ships at ≥99% HPLC purity at 220 nm or it is destroyed, not discounted. The integration method is documented on the COA so the percentage is reproducible.

  • Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry on every lot. The COA lists observed monoisotopic mass alongside theoretical mass; we require a delta under 0.05% for release.

  • Orders placed before 2pm CT ship same-day from our US facility. Contiguous US: $15 flat, free over $100. Alaska and Hawaii: $40 flat, not eligible for free shipping. Texas residents pay state sales tax.

  • Lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature during transit. On receipt, refrigerate at 2–8 °C for short-term storage or freeze at -20 °C for long-term. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the powder.

  • Reconstituted peptides are far less stable than lyophilized. Refrigerate immediately, and treat days-to-weeks as the working window depending on sequence, buffer, and pH. Consult the COA or peptide-specific stability literature for specifics.

  • We currently ship within the United States only. International researchers may contact us about institutional partnerships.

  • Credit card, ACH bank transfer, Cash App, and supported cryptocurrencies. All methods are processed through standard merchant rails — we do not store card data.

  • Account creation confirms research-only intent and provides a documented acknowledgment, in line with how reputable research-supply companies operate. Browsing and price visibility unlock immediately after sign-up.

  • Yes. Institutional buyers can email support@tidalpeptides.com with the compounds and quantities of interest and we will respond with a quote.

  • Contact support@tidalpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and vial. We replace damaged-in-transit material at no charge.
