All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering errors
  • Change of mind
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Failure to understand product specifications or intended use

This policy allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensures that every customer receives products that meet our rigorous standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility (Rare Exceptions)

Refunds are considered only in rare circumstances, including:

  • The order was never delivered due to an error on our part
  • A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within the required timeframe

Any refund determination is made at the sole discretion of Tidal Peptides.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not refund or replace items that:

  • Have been opened or used
  • Have been returned without prior written authorization
  • Were reported outside the required notification window
